Well the only way White can win this is if he has prep, and wick has no idea a sick bald man is going after him.

Every fight scene I've seen Wick in had him win through pure skill so I'm not sure what you're referring to here. Wick is top dog in a world of insanely skilled assassins who could likely do White in, nevermind the man himself. Prep or not, Walter White has never shown himself able to deal with anyone on Wicks level. His world is too grounded. He has been in over his head in life or death situations with guys who Wick would eat for breakfast. White gets murdered here.
