It's actually laughable how far above Revan that Valkorion is now. So obviously DE Sidious.

Way closer to Revan than even Plagueis tbh

Plagueis is literally arguably sub-Revan.

Keep in mind that Palpatine had a special bond with Jeng Droga.

Assuming Revan is as powerful as Windu, Valkorion's defenitely closer to him than to DE Sidious.

Valk is closer to DE Sidious than Revan.

Revan is close to Yoda interms of force power,, as evidenced by his ragdolling of entire strike teams of powerful Jedi and Sith. Valkorion is considerably superior to him, but not to the point that he's closer to DE Sidious. So yeah, Valk is closer to Revan.
