In Sabers only I don’t think that Sid can oneshot Kenobi: his most skilled incarnation is likely RotS since he abandoned his lightsaber training after that and I don’t think he could speedblitz and oneshot him (like he did kolar). A case could be made that his force growth would allow him to move at speeds that Kenobi could not react to, but that’s just speculation.
However RotJ and DE may be powerful enough to oneshot him using the force, either frying him with lightning or force pushing him. DE sid can most definitely do that, I’m not so sure about RotJ. After all we have seen Tiplar (or Tiplee) reacting to and blocking Dooku’s lightnings with her saber, so i don’t think it’s far-fetched to assume that Kenobi could react to him to a certain extent even as of RotJ.

Yes, I think even if he tried blocking Sidious lighting with his saber he’d get it thrown out of his hand, just my opinion. I know that in the ROTS novel windu was getting overwhelmed by the lightning
