Point about Parasite.
From the context, there's no way of telling if she tapped planara before or after being blown to bits. If the stuff it that effective, it makes sense to adapt it by default, all the time.
Like Ultra Boy keeps Invulnerability switched in, even when he's sleeping.
Either way, it's one hell of a regen feat, and proves she s about as unkillable as Lobo.
Doesn't mean she can't be incapacitated/drained.

Well, that depends.
In a neutral environment, I'd bet he could access enough power for a city buster before she can access armored beetle, or whatever. Even as far back as the 1980's, he was doing stuff like throwing a chunk of metal at an energy projector, outpacing the metal, and delivering a kick as the metal piece distracted the villian. His natural speed is "catch a bullet", while Vixen has to access that.

I wouldn't use Parasite as an example. He was draining Barry, who IS the Speed Force or whatever. And THAT is meant to be multiversal/infinite.
