How powerful is ROTS Mace Windu?

I have been hearing a lot of contrasting opinions surrounding Mace Windu recently, and I want to see what the final conclusion of this thread will be.

He’s suppose to be pretty powerful.

Dooku tier.

Yoda or Sidious level.

Vader/Dooku tier

Around Vader and Dooku.

Depending on how you look at it, baseline Anakin could take him down.

In the novel it’s pretty much implied Sidious manipulated Windu n threw the fight

In fact...he moved so fast he winked while killing of of the Jedi masters didn’t he? So basically he moved so fast he winked while killing a master, took kit Fistos Head and putting it in his desk or whatever during the fight.

Nowhere it is implied. Also Palpatine used a Force power on them when he lashed, but Windu resisted it.

He says he didn’t fear windu and windu said he was going to be overwhelmed by the lightning

Second he sensed them AND Anakin coming, it was obviously al set up

1. Palpatine is a Sith Lord. He wouldn't allow himself to reveal his true emotions. Then, Windu finds out that Palpatine's Shatterpoint is Anakin.
2. If you were constantly assaulted by someone's lightning bolts, you'd also say the same thing.
