Yes, incap/ko is (almost) always an option 👆

Madcap is still likely to win because of his gaze, but his HF doesn't make him unbeatable in a forum match.

This cannot end well. 😆

USagent is a little more than Captain America. A bit like Thor is. He probably knows more ideas about a singular fight than Captain America.
Also much like Wolverine can heal wrongly that USAgent can break people who heal and make sure they heal wrong.

Walker's skill/experience is not even close to that of Cap and he never had the access to the databases on heroes/villains that Rogers had.

The insanity stare makes it an easy win for Madcap, unless Agent knows about it.

USAgent has seen insanity in Vietnam and did o.k.
Insanity is no more a loss than Wolverine going beserker.
As USAgent is dominant and dominates his fights he can likely switch his eye dominance between one eye and the other and survive the stare and still win.

Wolverine has seen the insanity in World War I and World War II and the gaze still worked on him.

I didn't say the gaze wouldn't work.
I said USAgent is best suited to fight through it.

Remember Hera said best the heros got is dressing up in their underwear and running around.
Madcap's best move is probably to make USAgent think he's in his whitey's.
Switching around his dominance should do the trick.
