It's irrelevant. No seriously, it is. We've had CNN anchors begin crying over the N word being used by a white man who wasn't racist, but was repeating what an actual racist had said.

Just uttering the word for any reason sends people into a frenzy.

From what I gather, he didn’t call anyone racist. He says Colonel Sanders used to called people the N word. And we’re he was raised, there were a lot of racist.

At the end of the day, if that’s all he talk about, as a black man, **** everyone that got triggered!

The best argument I could get on board with is for people to suggest he should have known better. But if the reasons given in this topic are true...he sure as hell doesn't seem racist. I'd label him, at worst, insensitive. People should know by now how snowflakes are gonna react.

Though if he was black and said "in my neighborhood some white people were called crackers" why do I get the feeling there would be no whining?

never heard of all American... not really a fan of pizza hut. for some reason the crust tastes sweet to me especially the stuffed crust 😘

dominoes is better especially they revamped like 6 years ago.

personally my family stopped eating papa johns when he started talking about how NFL protests are hurting his profits. he may not be racist but it kinda came off as he really did not care. and that is totally ok to have an opinion either way or to not have one at all. papa john did not have to respond period. its these kind of remarks that's just bad for business. period. should have been smarter or maybe he just can't help it?

papa john's relied too much on NFL product placement and ads when they should have revamped like dominoes and pizza hut with better online and different crust options and what not. this and the fact that NFL sponsorship is (if im not mistaken) the main reason they had those profits to lose in the first place, papa john should keep out of public until he learns how to speak for his business' bottom line.

that being said I would still prefer the taste of papa johns over pizza huts. 😮‍💨

And it seems the media company was trying to extort Papa John's. Since this happened back in May and they just released it now. Weird. I don't know if I believe it, but I can't really explain why they waited 2 months before going to the media.

Domino's is one of the better large pizza chains, is all I meant. I enjoy it, but it doesn't compare to many independently-owned pizzerias.

It's good pizza. There are better pizza places out there but they are usually not national chains. There is a local pizza place here called Empire Pizza and it's quite delicious pizza (for example).

And, agreed about Pizza Hut. Just depends on the local franchise. They are hit or miss but otherwise among the best in my experience.
