based on another 2000ad property, Hope it has more success then the Dredd movie.

Hm.. Sounds like an odd character. Hope it's way better than Warcraft.

And also hope Jones doesn't go overboard on the CGI.

Duncan Jones has been describing the movie as GOTG meets The Raid from a recent status update on the film.
