As I said, I have read some Manga from start to finish, but no star wars, no marvel, no DC, no nothing. I have read portions, but I almost always have based my arguments within comics with their TAS/Cartoon Counterparts. Blade has no speed feats suggesting that he's faster than Steve. They're both in the low meta tier of speed, with Cap's feat catalogue being vastly superior.

That's a terrible showing for Blade.

He should do a lot better than that.

He's c-list, he really shouldn't.
