Delta Squad vs Savage Opress (with stipulations)

Let's say Delta Squad came equipped with their best weapons (for that particular situation) to apprehend Savage Opress when they recovered Halsey and Knox. They get no outside help.

1. Coming in direct, guns raised. Ship lands where Savage's original ship has landed.

2. Stealth mission to eliminate Savage at any cost.

3. No guns, a straight up fist fight between Delta Squad and Opress, no force allowed, Savage throws away his staff weapon seeing that they don't have any guns on them and decides to fight them fairly.

4. All armed with their vibroknucklers, no force, nothing but vibroknucklers vs staff, a straight up fight (they can fight normally with the addition of their bladed weapons).

5. All-Out, everything from 1, 3, and 4 goes. Force is allowed.

Who wins?

1) Oppress should take it, but won’t be easy since they are also equipped with a grenade-launcher, snipers etc they are very versatile. Can Savage’s staff block laser bullets? If so, he wins. Otherwise, he isn’t tanking all that firepower
2) Delta may edge it out
3) If Oppress doesn’t use the force, Delta should win after a tough fight
4) Maybe Oppress due to staff having more rang
5) With Force allowed Savage wins. Still not sure if he can block stuff with his staff, otherwise delta has a chance. But Savage could just choke them all out

i think that delta could take him. he isnt very intelligent, ive seen them take on worse.
