Where does Exar Kun rank in comparison to the masters on the ROTS council?

Does he share parity with the top tiers, such as Yoda & Mace? Is he closer to the likes of Saesee Tiin and Kit Fisto? Or does he have more parity with the lower members of the council, such as Stass Allie & Coleman Kcaj?

By the way, Vodo and Odan were called the Mace and Yoda of The Old Republic based on their Force strength and combat skills. And Kun beat the crap out of them.
So, Exar Kun scales a bit higher in comparison to the Jedi Council of Revenge of the Sith timeline.
