Maxima wins via TP. Faith's TK is just as powerful as Maxima's. Maxima is easily physically superior to Faith but it won't get physical because it won't have to.

I think she's only an empath (ie no offensive TP powers). She can just communicate with others via telepathy, nothing else. Unless I'm not remembering something.

I remember her having some sort of broadcast empathy, but it was limited to making people trust her or something along those lines.
