Title already says it all. Could a Jedi or Sith, with just an average midi count, reach the level of some like Kit Fisto/Plo Koon, or even higher, Like a Kenobi.. or a Yoda? Maybe if they had more time to train, like hundreds of years or millennia? Or is midichlorian Count a limite that can’t be overcome through training and dediction in the SW universe?
