Yondu has the Yama arrow. Bullseye has a toothpick.

there are two versions of yondu dunno anything about the original one

but the new version that was modeled after the movie, would win

Yeah, Yondu's arrow would be able to take out Bullseye at the bell. I don't think a toothpick has that range, even with perfect aim.
