MCU Vulture vs MCU Cap

Toomes tries to steal a package but Steve damages it. Toomes puts on the Vulture suit. They fight in Times Square. Three rounds:
Round 1: Vulture vs unarmed Steve
Round 2: Vulture vs Steve with IW shields
Round 3: Vulture vs Steve with original Vibranium shield
Bonus round 1: All the above rounds repeated, but Vulture has the energy gun he used against Spidey in the ferry
Bonus round 2: Same as first bonus round, but now Toomes has the disintegrator gun he used to kill the first Shocker

Cap all rounds but bonus2:1

The weapons would do nothing against the shield that's for sure.

The problem is Vulture would be flying all over the place blasting Cap... I don't see how Cap is bringing Vulture down.

If the fight takes place inside a building then Cap takes it. Otherwise, Cap loses the bonus rounds.

Just throw the shield at it or jump when he gets close.

Cap takes all rounds, and to be honest Spidey should have easily defeated Toomes too.
