But then how is it okay for the government to tell someone on a private platform who they can or can't block lol. Why is this okay, if we're gonna go into "private biznass" mode for this.

I would say it is if said "Private Platform" is taking Government Money.

There are already inherent systems of regulation in place on a multitude of social media, however if the question was a metaphor for governmental regulation then I would argue against it.
