Doesn’t matter if there microscopic. Time is still needed for the nanites to work. Flash’s speed makes the nanites useless.

Flash perceptions and speed ranges from Atto, to pico, to femto. The nanites are useless against such a person.

Worse yet, the nanites aren’t indestructible, enough continuous damage slows there ability to function.

In the blink of an eye, Flash would have rip the nanites from Tony, and continues to do so casually.

Or just choke Tony and be done with it.
