Durability showing - which is better and why?

I would argue Superman. He ignored that attack. As impressive as Hulk taking those attacks was, he still took a little damage.

Hulk's feat is more impressive, given that DC Hercules was beaten by WW.

DC Herc is a scrub, but no selling a punch like KC Supes does, literally just standing there unmoved, is more impressive.
In RL, taking a punch, even if it doesnt really hurt you, will cause your head to move.
Supes doesnt even give Hercules head.

You probably would, as you pick and choose how you perceive/portray characters to get the results/reactions you want, but all of CMs powers are overall augmented by the power of Zeus, making the final product greater than the sum of its parts. This has been covered by writers here and there over the years.
