Loki's Cosmic Avengers Vs Justice League Dark

Wtf is that sweet little Ms. Marvel doing on a team with Loki, Emma Frost, KANG, and that brutal revived Hulk?

And stop calling them goddamn avengers make up a new team for these mix and match teams.

Kang doesn't have the best record against magic and the JL team is pretty stacked in that regard. Loki and Emma won't be enough, JLD should win this handily.
