Here is the Carol/Ms. Marvel split personality scan, I wish I had the issue number handy but it wasn't just one issue. This type of thing was occurring all through her initial series.

Notice how Carol behaves, it's as if she has no control over the change and the Ms. Marvel personality is not welcome.

Now look at classic Rogue with Carol's powers :

Even back then, Rogue was still succeptable to psi-attacks. Pre-ninja Psylocke got her multiple times with illusions, disorienting, or outright KO's. Many characters have some showings of resistance, but hard-to-read thoughts are not proof against a legit psi-bolt.

Monet isn't the best telepath around, but she does have an ok showing here and there. She won't shut down Rogue's mind, but she might go invisible or something in a few fights. Maybe 2/10.
