After X-Force's one-sided victory over the Defenders they now move on to the next MCU team: Team Cap

All characters have their standard weaponry, fight in an abandoned shipyard.

Ant Man and SW are the MVPs for Team Cap. Even if they get lucky and take out Wanda, they have no chance against Giant Scott. The rest of the team get wrecked.

Domino is probably the best chance that X-force has at winning but I'm no sure even that is enough.

Not so sure about this. Pretty sure that if Negasonic smashes into him at full power, she could knock him on his ass. Even a more mild blast sent Wade flying all the way up to the top of the carrier.

And we know Giant-Man form takes a huge strain on Scott's body. As mentioned in CW, he passed out the first time in the lab. He only maintained it a few minutes in CW, and was out of it once they did floor him. And IIRC, he mentions in Ant-Man and the Wasp that he "slept for 3 days" after that. And when he goes giant later in that film, the strain makes him pass out again. Admittedly, he went about 15 to 20 feet bigger than his previous largest, but still. They've made it clear across both films that he can't maintain his giant uber levels for very long.

So not seen the Ant-Man films, but does he get super strength beyond even his size while big? Does he become bullet proof?

Honestly, his best giant-mode feats are still the ones from CA:CW. Regarding Ant-Man and the Wasp, for the most part,

the times he is giant, he is only about 20 feet tall, and not intentionally. His new suit is, according to Hank, still a work in progress. And it glitches at various points, causing him to shrink and grow involuntarily (obviously played for comedic effect), from a height of about 4 feet to the previously mentioned roughly 20. And he physically struggled to stop an empty flatbed truck at that size, so nowhere near his max strength, where he can kick buses like soccerballs and swing jet bridges like clubs (such as in CA:CW).

The one time he goes uber giant, about 80-85 feet tall, is at the end, and he does very little. Mostly walks through some water, grabs something from someone, and then passes out.

I'm just wondering if his giantism leans more toward traditional Marvel portrayals where being big basically gives him superpowers, or if it is more like the Ultimate Marvel's more realistic take, where it just makes him a big dude who is still subject to the frailties of being human.

He seems more traditional, based on how he was soaking up Rhodey's fire in CW, as well as his strength feats from that film. Because even at that size, casually handling something Spiderman needed his entire body to hold up, and visibly shook and strained to do so (the jet bridge), would still likely require disproportionate strength to his size.

Actually, I can put it in more quantifiable terms. According to the one Youtuber who did a Spiderman strength vid, one of those jet bridges weighs about 27 tons. And he sourced that number from some airport technical site, so it seems legit. In Ant-Man and the Wasp, we are given a specific size for Scott in CW, 65 feet. So, at 65 feet in height, Scott can casually lift over 25 tons with one hand. Make of that what you will.
