In terms of power and versatility? Cosmic Cube no contest.

Siege Perilous (the X-Men version) is the only item in MU besides tHotI that invokes the power of One-Above-All. Therefore, power-wise, Siege Perilous wins. Versatility goes to Cosmic Cube, of course.

However do you see the way several ice cubes go in a glass of water and they all end up as one glass of water proveing that the glass is half full not half empty.
If the cubes all meld into one you'd have a contender for the Siege Perilous.
