They could probably hack themselves to death or Cyborg upgrades himself to Ultron abilities. I dunno.

ULTRON MEGA STOMPS

Judging by what it took to stop Juiced To The Gills Ultron, a combination of Lazer, Lightning and Mind Stone. I think he rips the fleshy parts from Cyborg before Cyborg manages to inflict enough damage.

Although, Cyborgs armor did No Sell A pretty full on Heat Vision Blast in an auto defense. That's not for absolutely nothing 🤷🏾‍♂️
