I won't be participating 👆 So just send those OP's to me 🙂
Prep time
Neither side receives any notable prep time before the starting bell unless the thread starter specifies it. Neither side may take any offensive or defensive actions before the starting bell. Planning is allowed and powers that are automatic or 'always on' can be up, but actions such as setting up forcefields, taking flight, or consciously activating powers is not.
another point--where do we start? are we grounded, in the air, distance from each other? i assume no one knows where each is? if we arrive randomly scattered around an earth sized planet, both in the air and on the ground, we are likely....really far apart. with 11 of us we're talking about distances of i dunno how to do the math on that one but....a thousand+ miles between each individual? is that the assumption? it IS important in this type of match, as is knowing if you will be starting thousands of feet up in the air. for example--let's say someone drafted flash (heh) the distance he'd have to cover to find each person on the surface of the planet is FAR less than the area he would need to cover if he also had to search every square meter of atmosphere as well.....
just wondering. 🙂
Good point,
STARTING RULES:
The sacred world of the Kai's is large enough to put you all on opposite sides of the planet, and to avoid initial blitz tactics, your whereabouts will be unknown to each other. No one starts in the air, you all start touching the ground.
So you will all be scattered in different parts of the planet, meaning that you have to actively search for your opponents. There is however no prep, so once the bell rings, any time you take to prepare yourself such as shielding or amping or whatnot, is on you and you are subject to being attacked.
