Who thinks Tualk Hord is the most powerful duelist in Star Wars history?

Anyone think that powerful duelist like Sidious with only the blade?

I know, I know. Before anyone tells me, Tulak is spelled incorrectly.

Tulak is a great duelist, possibly the greatest duelists of the Ancient Sith, even better then Kun. (Maybe, if we take the quotes at face value.) But he is not the greatest duelist in history.

That's probably Luke Skywalker's forte.
