At best it is a draw, but majority would probably go to Arthur. Especially seeing what He can do in the trailer.

Arthur is too fast and exponentially stronger than the shark.

That shark, after all the hype, ended up being extremely underwhelming. If Jason Statham in a mini-sub can do it, Aquaman will gut this fish.
