DCEU: Cavill out as Superman

I wonder what his cryptic message meant. Dany Garcia said the suit is still in the closet. Whatever that means.

She's saying either his suit is gay and won't come out publicly, or that while Cavill's out of the role, there's still a possibility he could go back, meaning if they throw enough money at him and the scheduling works

I would still like to see Cavil get a real chance at doing a FUN Superman. We got a glimpse of it in JL.

The only thing I can work out from all the cryptic messages is that negotiations have pretty much broken down, but they are not recasting either, which somewhat leaves the door open for Cavill in the future.

I think they are just too dumb and arrogant to reboot.

I mean Affleck and Cavill have forced them to half reboot anyway. But the fact that they have gone ahead and began a new franchise in the DCEU (Shazam), means that was never an option for them.

It could be that, which I honestly wouldn't blame him for. I wouldn't be surprised if he's Deadpooling it either; letting the news leak to the public to see what some outcry might bring.
