Superman - Another difficult one. There are many choices, but none of them exactly Superman. The closest is Kallark (Gladiator), but even that is simply because of certain similarities
Wonder Woman - a difficult one, but maybe Miss America on the top end and Thundra on the lower end
Batman - Black Panther
Green Lantern - Quasar
Cyborg- Riri Williams (Ironheart)
Flash-Quicksilver
Aquaman-Namor

I disagree with Sentry. Put him on any team and the dynamic and tone of the book/team would change drastically from typical JLA stories.
It will always be about whether Bob will go screwy and kill us all. (And by US I mean all USes, everywhere, maybe)
^^^yeah, its been a pleasant surprise!

WW-Captain Marvel (Iconic Marvel female)
Batman-Black Panther(skill set+ prep king)
Green Lantern-Quasar (pretty obvious)
Cyborg-Iron Man (tech guru)
Flash-Quicksilver (pretty obvious)
Aquaman-Namor (pretty obvious)

Have Blade, Bishop, Night Thrasher, Deathlok, Gentle and Storm ever been Avengers?
I have two options anyway, one avengers for sure and one not. The only issue was wonder woman, there it is hard to find someone else. Maybe Amadeus Cho.

Wonder Woman is a pretty hard one for one, yeah.
A case can be made for several Marvel females depending on which character aspect you choose to highlight, but none of them are are as cut and dried as say, Green Arrow/Hawkeye.
👆
Jane Thor would be a possible alternative. But non-white is harder, maybe Miss America.
THE AVENGERS AS THE DETROIT JUSTICE LEAGUE
DR. DRUID
Because the one time MM gets to lead, no one cares, and no one cares about Dr. Druid.
NAMOR
Because he will always replace Aquaman in team swaps, and vice versa.
MR. FANTASTIC
Is offended he’s merely an Elongated Man stand in, but glad its not Plastic Man.
SCARLET WITCH
Because again, she and Zatanna will always replace each other in these cases.
JUSTICE
He and the next four picks all became Avengers around the same time, and had Detroit level success. This clean cut all American young man subs for Steel.
FIRESTAR
Gypsy was able to fade into the background. Firestar did the same during her Avengers run, doing nothing memorable.
TRIATHLON
Vibe was a stereotypical latino break dancer, Tri was a stereotypical black athlete w. equality issues. Both colorfully costumed.
RIPCLAW
Unlike Vixen, Silverclaw hasnt gone on to bigger and better things.

There is no wonder woman analogue on the Avengers and the ONLY one who comes close is classic Monica.
Why would Miss America be better than Jane? Just curious?
I believe it takes both Thor and Cap to replace Superman based off of their ideals. Cap to fill the boyscout role and Thor to fill the power part
