Was it the part where I said not to brag all the time on social media that irritated you?

Why would someone organize their thoughts, on what they see wrong in modern relationships, in an online general discussion forum? The nerve!

But you secretly admired the structure and read it. 😉

Indeed, no going back since the information age started. We didn't evolve fast enough to keep up with how information can be organized and presented. People who seem to understand that self-regulation and moderation is important also seem to function better in the real world. Being realistic with your expectations, understanding your weaknesses, and being honest about them seems to work very well in our weirdly stressful modern world.

And thank you for the kind words.

I think he means it's somewhat autocratic and what works for one person and even one relationship in one persons life may not work for others.

Am I right you are Armish DDM? This reminds me of that sort of 18th century courting rights thing.

Do you mean Amish? He is (was?) a Mormon.

I do, as they aren't a thing in Holland anymore, I only really know of them from Banshee and Witness. Mormons, are they like Amish or are the Moroms the ones with the revelation very similar to Muslims and some golden disks, many wives like Muslims and very conservative and Patriarchal. I think the Mormons were to blame for Crazy Horses, capped teeth and a Karate boom in my generation. Is DDM no longer a Mormon then?

I'm doing all I can to ensure I die alone, apparently.

Thank you for this.

No, despite what "young people" have been trying to do for ages, 'courting' is still a human thing and will be for a long time. As long as humans seek to form some what monogamous relationships, courting will be a thing.

We don't get a 'courting pass'. We are still animals and we still play courting games.

And telling people to put down their phones and to stop looking for other people while with another is hardly autocratic. Most items are very high-level and leave quite a bit of room to do whatever.

You got it. Still Mormon. Not very active at church lately because of work, though.

I'm also armish. estahuh

No, I mean that it is not what he wrote that is necessarily Autistic, but that he felt the need to write it at all.

Mormons are white peoples' attempt to turn Christianity into a country club.

Amish are the ones who get busted every few years for a senior dude having a harem of 12 year olds or whatever. Mormons are pretty harmless, they're just very insular and have a higher then average amount of fiscal and political influence in the country. They're like Jehovah's Witnesses but with guns and money.

As for the overall discussion, I'm not autistic enough to complain about its existence like my friend above, but I don't see much room for conversation. The points expressed in the OP are fairly pedestrian so with the exception of nodding sagely in agreement what is there to say?

This thread's entertainment level has been steadily rising since the early part of page one. Good job, geys. 👆

Ah, those Mormons, I admit I wanked off over Marie Mormon more than once as a 12/13 year old. She was an early crush and such white teeth. Was the starter of Mormonism L Ron Hubbard?

No sir that is Scientology, the other religious country club.

You whacked off to this Marie?

Googled "Marie Mormon", a top hit:
