Valkorion did not create holocrons and document his knowledge and capabilities in them. As another member remarked - Valkorion is among those who took his secrets to the grave.

Palpatine most likely 'assumed' that he knew everything, but this is not true. I see that DE Sourcebook statement in this light.

By the way:

In his relentless pursuit of immortality, the Emperor explored the most sinister, uncharted depths of the dark side.

From (Star Wars: The Old Republic: Encyclopedia)

Didn't all those Sith Lords who were not Korriban-ish do that?

He probably thought more highly of him than say, a loser like Freedon Nadd, but other than that, not sure.

Your puns are too obvious. I don't know what's your problem with me.

Freedon Nadd took everything with him in the grave. He was also not concerned with galactic dominance. But that doesn't diminish his knowledge of the Force. In fact, his weak spirit self was capable of pretty impressive feats.

That is true, he ragdolled Kun before he got the amulet.

Freedon Nadd the character can conquer a planet of Drexl-riding Beast-Riders single-handedly, but what can Freedon Nadd the debater do? 😑

The fact that in a chronicle of people who rank among Sheev's most powerful and important predecessors he only deigns to mention Failkorion once seems pretty telling.

He didn't think much of him at all.

It's almost as if their outdated knowledge on Tenebrae wasn't extensive enough for an entry.

Bane and Syn > Vitiate confirmed. What are you gonna do about that one libtards?

Vitiate didn't bring anything original to the Sith philosophy, so it's not a surprise Palpatine doesn't consider his contributions worth mentioning.

First, ask that yourself.
