DS is going to be functionally blind with no equilibrium, not knowing left from right and up from down... ragdolling 00 feet up in thick pea soup fog in a tornado made just for him with a rotational speed of 135 m/s or higher (RL standard speed for a healthy twister).
DS is going to be going round and round and up and down at a rate of 20 turns per second in Storms freak tornado specially made just for him - to fit him like a glove - and stick on him like glue. Not a wide 250 ft twister with all the forces spread out over a large area, a freak one like only a weather wizard, weather witch or a weather god can create.
She'll have a jetstream swing down, accelerate... and smack that Twister, DS, Ikon Tech & All smack bam into the ground with enough force to drive straw through steel plate.
And she's going to do it again and again until theres nothing left to smash.
Or she just lets him have it with the hammer.

What co-ordination is DS going to have at 20+ Non Uniform Revolutions Per Second (1/20th of a second the wrist on his right hand is going to be hit with a 306 mph gust of wind while his elbow is being hit with a325 gust of wind angled 1 degree off the gust at the wrist the next 1/20th of a second, where his wrist has been pushed it's now being hit with a 400mph thread of wind angled 10 degrees up + veering inward... and thats just his right forearm - even DS and his super brain is gonna be abbo dabbo addled he's gonna have all kinds of tissue damage inside the ikon suit) and that includes brain tissue damage.
he's going to be doing a baseline 20 rotations /s minimum (Based on RL Weather)
With debri smacking into him
IRL Tornadoes pick up debri and churn it

Debri flying at his face through every 1 of his (baseline) 20 revolutions / second
DS is not going to be seeing anything unless being hit in the face by hundreds of bits of flying debri counts (the Ikon suit will be throwing them back which is great but it is going to be no help at all for his vision if he hasn't blacked out already in seconds.
She'll be slammin him down and picking him up with more dirt - and theres nothing he can do about it except a blind teleport.
The magic staff, does it come with a spell of protection which specifies it can not under any circumstances harm its owner?
DS survives longer if it does.
He'll be minced in a minute if it doesn't.
I don't know really where DS stops (suspect it would need all of them tbh) but that picture you're painting of Storm mangling the crap out of people with tornadoes as battering rams is very scary, and one that it would be cool to see more of in the actual comics rather than the usual slightly lame stuff she summons up before inevitably getting tagged by some idiot well below her on the skills-chart.
