Goblin Slayers rape scene and the scene of the women being used as human shields by Goblins.

Magi Madoka’s sinister twist, won’t spoil it.

Fate’s Caster being a child murderer, and being graphic about it. Also the bug pit.

The Centipede scene in Tokyo Ghoul.

Shishio burning time death from the inside out and his lover choosing to commit suicide with him. (Rurouni Kenshin)

The “Nina Scene” in FMA

The Ending to Gundam’s Iron Blood Orphans (amazing anime)

Even both Twists in Sao and Log Horizon (Sword Art was darker) we’re pretty impactful.
