The Eternal Empire was thus stated to be the most dominant faction in the galaxy after they vassalised the Sith and the Republic.

All three of those Empires were directly caused by Tenebrae, to his designs. The First Jedi Purge was a direct consequence of his efforts. It brought the Jedi closer to extinction than they ever were, killing tens of thousands of Jedi.

Tenebrae came closer than any dark sider ever came to actually fulfilling the feat of godhood. Sheev had three decades, being generous. Tenebrae got ever more dominant across 1,400 years before his own death.
