Where does all of Oneness Jacen's wank come from?

Legit curious. His fight with Onimi is extremely impressive, sure, but I wouldn't place him above DE Sidious because of it.

Oneness Jacen's said to be the most powerful Force user ever by a Jedi aware of Luke's power.

From Tionne Solusar.

Quote and source or fake news.

Should be from either JvS or NEC.

Well to clarify she says most powerful "on record".

And Sidious and Luke are on record.

To be fair, IIRC, Jaina once said she wasn't sure if Luke had ever shown them even a quarter of what he could actually do.

👆 True. But at the minimal, they know of Luke’s descriptions of Sidious, and at least Luke in his state vs his Slayers.

The implication that LotF Luke >>>>> TUF Luke is definitely there, yeah.

I don't think anyone who hasn't fought or trained under Palpatine directly really understands how powerful he is though. Luke just telling Tionne about Sidious doesn't seem to cut it.

That being said, Oneness Jacen is clearly supposed to be pretty godlike, and probably the most powerful non-anchorite Force user in Star Wars save maybe Sekot (and maybe even including Sekot).

👆 While Tionne is an IU source, she's presumably a reliable Jedi historian who wouldn't just pull facts out of her ass.

Wouldn't Oneness Anakin on Mortis be the most powerful?

@Mob: I don’t assume so. He was stated to be more powerful than the ones. Oneness Jacen can’t take Sidious, let alone The Fathee or Abeloth.

Oh yeah, I guess.

Thanks. Still not sure if he can defeat the Emperor though - he's much more masterful and versatile - but I don't blame people for thinking he can. My gripe was more with the fact that some consider him to be able to take on a hundred Palpatines, which I don't see at all.

Records can be imperfect.

Oneness events are not typical moments and unlikely to be documented.

I wouldn't take this opinion at face value.

I was thinking that too.
