Exar is almost certainly more powerful than Zallow or Leneer and Ulic was able to stalemate him on the basis of skill. He also used barrier to deflect cannon fire from Krath ships, so Malgus’s Lightning won’t be an issue. Given Malgus tends to try to outduel his opponents I’m not sure he can beat Ulic in pure sabers
