Thor was skewered multiple times, and that was despite having lightning to blast away her spikes. I'm still waiting for you to actually say how Thanos avoids getting skewered.

If you do not see fenris bite into the hulk and realize that he next appeared with no injuries and like nothing happened you are just being ridiculous again.
Hela met one really powerful being and Surtur killed her with one sword plunge where she is most powerful. Asgard. Thanos bears her into submission.
How is he a better fighter? Hela has a much more impressive skill showing. Thanos did not fight any skilled combatants that he didn't massively outclass. He out skilled Hulk, something everyone could do.
Hela was flipping around hitting multiple targets and one shotting all of them, including airships that were a thousand meters away while simultaneously combatting ground targets.
She also schooled Thor, somebody who schooled Hulk without trying.
She also has the best strength feat out of the entire MCU besides Thor and Surtur.
She also has the best durability/damage soak besides Thor and Surtur.
Thanos almost died from having an axe planted 6 inches deep in his chest.
Hela survived being skewered through the heart and was fine literally less than a second later.
She also stopped Gungnir with her bare hands.
She also crushed Mjolnir, something the Hulk couldn't even dream about doing, and I dont think Thanos could either based off of feats, which we go by here.
Thor was actually skewered by her as well, him surviving is a testament to him, not a negative to her. You know, the same guy who by feats far surpasses the Hulk in every single category. She was too powerful for them but this is Thanos. Thanos did not just brutalize and defeat Hulk look at his reaction feats fighting strange and Drax while blinded by Spider-Man.
Yes she took out fodder quite easily but against elites it is a different story. Thanos treated elites like fodder. We already know how the filmmakers feel since he is unbeatable in one on one combat. Thor never beat the hulk despite two attempts. Thor was handled by Thanos after he schooled Thor.

Comparisons since Thor used two arms to hold off hulks one arm as well as how the two matched up. Hulk is clearly stronger than Thor.
