He spammed a lot, so much in fact, that when they permabanned him, they didn’t want him to ever come back.

Bada and the other mods let other posters break this rule all the time. Like Putinbot1 for example. He is Whirlty and He trolls Surt and other all the time. Why Do the Mods allow Him to do what they don't allow others?

A condition of your return was to restrict yourself to the MDF and MVF forums

Which Forums are those exactly? Hmm... I seem to notice that Quanchi only seems to hang in only about 2 forums....Is QUnchiPooper under Certain Restrictions as well?
