Cage, and I'd say easily at that. Cage is stronger and more durable. He'd only need to pull the plug on Bane.

At his best? Close to class 20 or so. Bane was fighting stronger characters than Cage, too.

DC doesn't use the class system (which is greatly flawed, anyway), so we don't know.

What we do know is that he's much stronger than he should be:

Cage is less skilled but his durability should be enough to take anything Bane can dish and tire him out.
