One issue I see with the Sun portal thing is that it seems like to do this Thor needs a degree of time where he isn't disturbed. Uriel he was grabbing with one hand who was rendered useless seemingly. And over Tyconria he wasn't in danger since Sentry had left so he had time to do what he wanted.

Can't see him getting the time to open up a portal at least in the beginning, Hulk isn't gonna wait around.

I know, I am hoping he says no. It's all a bluff.

He's done it before mid-battle, much quicker.

And he has some team mates here who can at least distract Hulk. BRB has a feat or two of his own.
