Sel-Makor in the Dark heart.

Well he was strong enough to stalemate a Voice, so he's certainly very high up there.

Just a stalemate? I thought Makor won.

Sel-Makor was dominating Vitiate, tbh. Literally even made suicide for him impossible.

Sort of. The Emperor could not escape Makor’s lair, but Makor could not overcome/possess Vitiate until the latter dropped his guard.
