Instead, how about using Frank Castle from the Garth Ennis run? would there be any 'stomping' going on with that iteration of the Punisher? Not a chance. No question that Electra is a superior hand-to hand fighter, but the thread says 'wins?' not 'comes first in a martial arts style competition'. Castle is all about winning. Blow him up, stab him, drown him, set him on fire, break his bones, shoot him, he will still beat you eventually. Especially the Garth Ennis version. He's a monster.
