On average Namor would beat the shit out of Hal, I don't give a shitty shit shit about the hype surrounding his victory over Parallax, because that just means that a bunch of other people that have cleaned Hal's clock would also beat the shitty shit shit out of Parallax, unless getting your arm broken by being pinched by Darkseid is far more impressive than beating Parallax? Zod gets his head pushed into his ass in this one, and we'll all end up calling him Shit Head after he runs into a guy that can easily no sell a Thor strike, and shrug off a sneak attack from She-Hulk with no indication of damage.

As god of Will (the embodiment of will), Hal did a lot more than defeat Parallax.

What punching feats does current Namor have?

Punching Black panther, who take the attack without any problem.

And Cap was beating him up just fine.

Namor is never that powerful to begin with, certain posters like to wank him (mostly due to his personality), he'd still beat the shit out of aquaman though
