Clark Kent (One Year Later) vs Hulkless Banner

Who wins?

Can Banner have superstrength, or have his Bannertech with him?

Because otherwise,he's still a dweeb whereas depowered Clark is still pretty stacked.

Banner tech bugs out and explodes, hurting Banner bad netting Clark a definitive win.

Batman died as a result of the explosion.
