Pretty much indisputably really.

Reeves Superman can push the moon at hypersonic speeds and fly faster than the speed of light, which is well above the Man of Murder. Smallvile Superman could push a planet the size of Saturn that was traveling at relativistic speeds and is massively FTL.

Just throwing this out there but didn't Reeve have that whole thing where he just had random superpowers just because.

Wouldn't put him over Welling in power but it does show a versatility advantage right?
