MCU Cap & Fox Wolverine vs T-1000 & TX

The cinematic versions of Captain America and Wolverine take on the T-1000 from T2 and the TX from Terminator 3. Battle takes place in an abandoned steelworks factory like the end of Terminator 2. Standard gear but Cap also gets his WW2 firearms. Who takes it?
