Peak IW/Ragnarok Thor (with Mjolnir) vs Hela with stips

Full powered and peak Thor (from both movies) but with Mjolnir instead.
Here's the stips.
1. Thor never throws Mjolnir at Hela.
2. Thor fights at his best at all times (and we can control his actions if we want). That means he spins the hammer a lot (to block, to hit Hela, and to create vortexes). Rains lightning from sky a lot and from his body as well. Thor has lightning coat. Stays mobile and airborne a lot.
3. Fight is on barren planet.

Can Thor manage to beat Hela?

I think he can, but maybe not a majority. I don't know.

he still loses and badly. That Fancy Hammer Wont Make A Difference, Since Op Says It Cant Be Thrown It Makes It Worse As Even When It Was Thrown It Was Caught And Destroyed. He Struck Hela With The Most Powerful Lightning Blast Since He Had His Powers And She Was Hardly Phased(so Much For Odin's Pep Talk). Plus Helas Blade Can EASILY Cut him, she already has insane hf. No amount Of Lightning Spamed Would Take Her Down.

At Best: Its A Stalemate.

For someone hardly phased she took an aweful amount of time to return to the fight

She was definitely phased. She recovered. Remember she regenerates when she is on Asgard. This fight she isn't on Asgard. In other words, She can't draw power from Asgard here. If you think that she has unlimited energy outside of Asgard then you have to prove it.

just saw that fight is on another planet not asgard. that should mean she grows weaker as the fight progresses.
If thats the case thor wins 10/10. Though Its Going To Be Rough For Him At The Start.
