I mean, she can win one or two maybe, but nowhere near a majority, imo.

any energy blasts can be well taken care of by diana's bracers(which can amp and redirect energy) and shield(which took DD's hv without a scratch).
plus i think she's faster, has/did ultron show any bullet blocking feat??.......(i do remember though that he pursued iron man and caught up, how fast was that version of IM's suit?).
once again the sword is not taken into consideration. That Thing Sliced Through DD's limb with utmost ease. while she might not get a clean swipe againt ultron, that body is not taking max of 8 strikes and not falling.
The Only Thing Diana Has No Ans To Is His Gravity Manipulation, But I Still Do Not Think It Will Cause Lasting Damage.
This Fight At Worst Is A Stalement, If Not Diana Decapitates Him.
