Current Red Hood has no armor, Crossbones carries guns, probably not as good a fighter. I'll lean to Red Hood.

Bones is good enough to fight Cap and is in such good physical shape, he can emulate super strength and speed.

Daredevil couldn't read him with his radar.

He may not have many appearances, but DC does its best to rape characters and their accomplishments by doing a reboot every once in a while.

Post Flashpoint Jason is actually a lot more formidable.

As they are currently I’ll take bones. Not loving the red hood solo at the moment. Enjoyed it a lot more when the outlaws were in it.
