DBS most powerful attack

What was the most powerful attack in DBS? Let's not include the two shrimps (and no Angel's)... the kings of DBS. Minus them, which attack was the most powerful?

The Jiren attacks probably. The biggest collateral damage single attack would probably be that ultra dense universe destroying ball that Beerus ate.
Kefla also was apparently throwing around universal attacks too.

Yeah, basically pick any attack from the more noteworthy characters at the ToP, and it is going to be one of the most powerful overall attacks ever produced in the franchise.

This attack from Jiren, for example(the same one MUI Goku gestured away seconds later), was likely more powerful than every other attack in the franchise combined, up to that point:

It was referenced in the Daizenshuu 7:

*Outside Space Attack
Special Characteristics: Overwhelmed by Vegetto, Boo generated this after going into a frenzy. Distortions appeared in the space surrounding Boo. But if you watch the anime episode this 'attack' occurred in(remember, it was purely a filler scene that never occurred in the manga), you'll find that Boohan's scream had the potential to break down dimensional barrier after dimensional barrier in a chain-reaction type of event. This would have ultimately allowed alternate dimensions to bleed through and "crush" U7.
