What are some policy positions from the other side that you agree with?

I'll start:

- nuclear energy
- free trade (usually)
- lowish corporate tax rate
- less rent control
- broad scope of the 1st amendment
- scrutiny of affirmative action
- generally fewer non-environmental regulations
- reasonable voter ID laws
- skepticism of efficiency of education budget

I've probably forgotten something.

Legal drugs.

I don't know if I am part of a side that can state what I want from the other side.

-Gay marriage
-criminal justice reform
-pro drug legalization

I would say first amendment but the right isn't really any better there than the left. Lot of right wingers want to outlaw burning the flag and what not.

I'm good with nuclear energy I guess.

Mohammed, peace be upon him, didn't create Sharia Law. Sharia Law is born from Hadith. I think Sharia Law should be discarded and behavior is individual: the relationship of the person and Allah, praise be to Allah, is private and should not be codified via Hadith into legal Sharia.

- Reasonable Environmental Regulations
- Fairly High Corporate Tax Rate
- Universal Health Care (To a degree + stipulations)
- Medical Marijuana

Pretty much 90% of the stuff regarding the economy
